Tadpole Farm CE Academy currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join our team from Term 6 on a full time basis to provide Maternity Cover in Key Stage 2.
This role is suitable for experienced teachers or those who are just beginning their career, and who are flexible and keen to develop their teaching experience.
The ideal candidate should have :
- Successful experience of teaching;
- Knowledge of the Key Stage 2 primary curriculum;
- Knowledge and understanding of quality first teaching and learning;
- Experience of raising standards within the classroom.
- A love for working with children and be able to inspire them to believe in themselves and grow a love of lifelong learning;
- Qualities of a team player who can work with others and contribute to the whole school ethos and Christian values;
- Ambitious and invested in your own professional development so that you can be the best teacher you can be;
- An ability to be flexible and adaptable;
- Innovative and creative and able to create an extremely positive and stimulating learning environment
