VACANCY: Part-time Special Educational Needs (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) 1:1 Assistant
Windlesham Village Infant School are seeking to appoint a part-time Special Educational Needs (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) 1:1 Assistant, working Thursday and Friday mornings only, in the first instance, with a further 6 hours throughout the week in the afternoons once the child attends school full-time. The child has speech delay and is working towards using the toilet, so will need support, following our Intimate Care Policy. An Education Health Care Plan has been agreed. This is a temporary post, as funding is attached to the child. We are a small team with a ‘can-do’ approach.
