Holy Trinity CE Primary School Wraparound Care Leader

Hours: 31.5 hours per week for 39.8 weeks per year

Rate: S7 grade: £27,991 - £31,510 FTE  (£21,307 - £24,644 actual) – depending on experience and qualifications

Holy Trinity CE Primary School is excited to be recruiting for a Wraparound Care Manager to continue the successful development of the extended services provision to serve and meet the needs of our school community. The ideal applicant will be able to influence and help create high quality Breakfast Club provision and After School care working alongside our amazing school staff.

We are offering the chance to lead and develop a team, working with delightful children in our school community. Your role as manager would be to work in partnership with the staff, children, parents and school in developing the wraparound care provision. You will need to be a clear communicator, accomplished at building relationships, organised and reliable. You will be confident in working with children, planning and leading activities and enjoy leading a team. We can offer you a friendly working environment, training and development, a chance to shape provision and children who are rewarding to work with.

Our school is an excellent training establishment with everything necessary for staff to develop their professional skills with an excellent induction policy and effective appraisal system. Staff form a supportive and friendly team and have consistent, high expectations of children. Ofsted Nov 2016 recognised Holy Trinity staff as…“a united team who work enthusiastically and always in the best interest of the pupils in their care.”

Standards of achievement are high, our children are well-behaved, parents are supportive and staff enjoy working at Holy Trinity, with its nurturing and happy Christian ethos. We believe it is an ideal environment for a career working with children.

Ofsted 2016 inspection judged us as a good school, but we really recommend interested candidates read the report to find out why. Our diocesan inspection judged us outstanding recognising the investment that we put into the whole child as well as staff and community.

This role would suit an experienced and qualified person, either in child care supervision or teaching (NVQ L3 equivalent or above). Please also read the job description and person specification.

We strongly welcome visits to the club to meet our amazing children and committed staff – please contact us to arrange.

The school is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
