We are committed to creating an ambitious, forward thinking learning environment for all our pupils, students and staff and providing the best possible education for local children from 2 to 18 years.
Our Trust was created in January 2018 based on a shared vision which embraced our Cooperative values and those of our Church of England schools. We now include three secondary schools and 16 primary schools in our Trust, helping just under 5000 children and 720 staff to thrive.
Our pupils and staff all enjoy the wonderful opportunities that Devon has to offer, and we recognise that working across our schools collaboratively ensures that the challenges of rurality, transport and communication don’t stop anyone from achieving their full potential, from our smallest schools with under 30 pupils, to our large secondary schools with over 1400 on roll.
Each school ensures its curriculum is broad, challenging and relevant for the communities it serves and recognises the need to produce global citizens for the future.
We welcome applications from committed people who share our vision. In return, you will have access to an outstanding CPD programme, which will enable you to continue to develop and grow as both an excellent teacher, leader or support staff member.
