Mealtime Assistants – Join Our Friendly Exeter Schools Team

Bring your energy and care to the heart of the school day! We’re looking for enthusiastic Mealtime Assistants to help create a safe, happy, and smooth ‘family dining’ lunchtime experience for our pupils, where older children support younger children in the dining hall.

Your Role

• Set up and clear the dining hall.

• Deliver food to the tables.

• Support children serving during lunch service.

• Help maintain a calm, friendly environment.

• Manage special diets and allergens

What We Offer

• Hourly Rate: £13.68 (including holiday enhancement)

• Hours: 11:30am–1:45pm, weekdays, term time only (11.25 hours/week)

• Locations: Broadclyst, Westclyst, Monkerton, Countess Wear, or Clyst Heath
