Premises Assistant Required- Full Time
37.5 hours per week (flexibility can be considered)
Annual Salary £26, 615.62 (Point 14-18 on the HWLP pay scale)
Permanent- - 52 weeks per year
To commence ASAP

We are looking to appoint a reliable Premises Assistant to join our Premises team and help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming school environment. This role is key to ensuring the school site and grounds are secure, well maintained and fully prepared for teaching and other school activities.

Thames Ditton Junior School is a popular 3 form entry school with 360 pupils from Year 3 to Year 6, and part of the Hinchley Wood Learning Partnership, a small multi academy trust located on the borders of South West London between Surbiton and Esher, Surrey.

The ideal candidate will work constructively as part of a team and will be able to follow direction and build good relationships with colleagues and pupils. Experience of a similar role or relevant skills and a ‘can do’ attitude are required, together with good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to use initiative and work flexibly. The successful candidate will be happy to work outdoors to maintain high standards of presentation of our site and grounds, training will be available.

The hours of work are expected to be 7.00am- 3.00pm Monday – Friday, exact pattern to be agreed with the right candidate.
