Tewkesbury Academy is an exciting place to learn and work within Gloucestershire with a student body of more than 1,200 and upwards of 150 colleagues. We serve the distinctive town of Tewkesbury and surrounding villages, with its renowned historical, musical and ecological festivals each year.

Background

The Cabot Learning Federation (CLF) is celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2025, having grown from its Bristol beginnings to its current total of 36 schools operating between Gloucestershire in the north and Somerset in the south. Throughout that evolution, our core purpose has remained consistent: we believe that by working together rather than in isolation, we can accelerate school improvement and embed excellence in our academies. In doing so, we create more opportunities for the lifelong success of our students.

To consistently deliver excellent educational experiences for pupils aged 2-19, improving their life chances and serving the communities of which we are a member.

Our vision is simple: we believe that by working together rather than in isolation we can accelerate school improvement and embed excellence in our academies. The Cabot Learning Federation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
