Job Title: Senior Operations Manager
Actual Annual Salary: £43,386 - £46,737 (CLF Grade G)
Contract Type: Fixed Term, all year round until 1 September 2026 (Maternity cover)
Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. (Other working patterns may be considered)
Provisional Start Date: 24 November 2025
This is an exciting opportunity to lead an experienced team of administrators during the current Senior Operations Manager's maternity leave.
The role will involve working with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that the academy meet their goals and enable the teachers and education support staff to focus on the delivery of education for children who attend Bristol Metropolitan Academy.

You will -
· Have a passion for working with and supporting children and young people.
· Be hard working and enthusiastic.
· Have a keen interest in working within an education-based environment and commitment to inclusion and acceptance of all.
· Provide evidence of effective leadership and line-management of staff including a team.
· Have experience of undertaking and developing a range of administrative tasks to a high standard.
· Be able to work with and influence colleagues in a variety of roles from across an organisation.
· Manage and prioritise a varied and busy workload ensuring you work to deadlines.
· Be knowledgeable in using Bromcom or other bespoke Management Information system.
· Show experience of working on confidential matters.
