Contract: 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only + 1 working week
Hillcrest Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of a SEND Manager.
This is a key role within our Academy, providing leadership and management of a dedicated team of specialist teaching assistants and SEND staff. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of learning and achievement for all students, driving excellence and inclusion across the school.
The ideal applicant will have:
• Experience of working with young people with SEND in a school environment.
• A good understanding of policies and procedures relating to SEND, child protection, health and safety, confidentiality and data protection.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, friendly and approachable.
