Hillcrest Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Class Teacher. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy with the successful candidate being responsible for teaching and inspiring pupils to achieve their potential across a range of exciting and evolving subjects. This opportunity is open to ECTs.
The ideal applicant will have:
Either:
• Successful placement(s), teaching (applicants currently in training
or:
• Successful record of teaching including very good exam results (applicants who already have gained QTS).
• A detailed knowledge of current developments in education including the use of the Pupil Premium.
• The ability to put vision into practice.
