This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy with the successful candidate being responsible for teaching and inspiring pupils to achieve their potential across a range of exciting and evolving subjects. Potential applicants should:
Either:
• Successful placement(s), teaching (applicants currently in training),
or:
• Successful record of teaching including very good exam results (applicants who already have gained QTS)
• A detailed knowledge of current developments in education including the use of the Pupil Premium.
• The ability to put vision into practice.
