We are seeking a seeking a dynamic, skilled and enthusiastic Lead Practitioner to join our leadership team and help steer and shape outstanding teaching and learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled teacher who is eager to extend their impact beyond their own classroom and take their next step into Leadership.
About the Role
As Lead Practitioner, you will:
- Model excellent classroom practice, especially within EYFS and KS1.
- Support colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and team teaching.
- Lead on innovative strategies to raise attainment and progress.
- Drive professional development aligned with the school’s improvement priorities.
- Support curriculum development with a focus on early literacy, numeracy, and child-centred learning.
