Sir William Romney's School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant 

Applications are invited for the position of Teaching Assistant in our small and friendly secondary school.

This position is for 25 hours per week, term time plus inset days to support a named student. Hours of work will be between 9.00am and 3.25pm (exact days and times are negotiable).

Salary:  A qualified Teaching Assistant will be paid at NJC Points 9 - 12 (£23,194 to £24,496) per annum pro rata and an unqualified Teaching Assistant at NJC Points 4-6 (£21,189 to £21,968) per annum pro rata.

Please note that this contract is linked to a named student and will cease when the student leaves the school or if the funding is withdrawn.

Sir William Romney's School is a small 11-16 school in Tetbury in the heart of the Cotswolds. In April 2020, we became part of The Athelstan Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust, which consists of five secondary schools: Sir William Romney's, Malmesbury School, Bradon Forest School in Purton, The Dean Academy in Lydney and Chipping Sodbury School.
