Position Type: Permanent Full-Time Term Time Only

Location: Beeches School, Boveridge College

Hours: 40 hours per week

At Aurora Boveridge College and Beeches School, we support children and young people aged 11–25 with autism and associated needs to achieve positive outcomes in education, independence and life beyond education. By working closely with families, education and therapy teams, we create a consistent, supportive environment where every young person can thrive.

We're looking for an organised and proactive EHCP Co-ordinator to join our team and play an important role in coordinating high-quality EHCP provision, helping students receive the support they need to achieve their full potential.

Your Role

As our EHCP Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Heads of Education and School to ensure EHCP processes are managed effectively across both settings.

You'll help maintain accurate records, coordinate annual reviews, support transition processes and work collaboratively with staff and external agencies to ensure pupils and students receive the support outlined within their EHCPs.

No two days are the same, so you'll need to be proactive, organised and comfortable managing a variety of tasks and deadlines.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating and monitoring EHCP paperwork, reviews and key deadlines.

Maintaining accurate records and data within school systems.

Supporting annual reviews and transition arrangements.

Liaising with local authorities, families and external professionals.

Working closely with education, care and therapy teams to ensure EHCP outcomes are reviewed and monitored.

Supporting school and college leaders with meetings, reporting and quality assurance activities.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

Knowledge of SEND and EHCP processes.

An understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation.

Experience working within a SEND school or college environment.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

A collaborative approach and commitment to supporting children and young people.

Qualifications:

GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.

A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications).
