The Cathedral School Llandaff, Cardiff’s leading independent school for girls and boys, seeks to appoint a creative and inspirational Play Leader to join the Primary team on a permanent basis.

The role will include leading play activities at lunch times and the supervision of pupils across the Primary section, supporting learning in the classrooms and After School Care supervision. The hours of work are 11.15am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that if you are interested in working either 11.15am to 1.30pm, or 3.15 to 6.00pm, we may be able to accommodate these hours by splitting the role. 

The salary for this part time, term time only role (c.35 weeks per year) will be £16,134 pa (actual). Lunch is provided daily for all staff free of charge. You will be entitled to 4 weeks’ paid holiday (pro rata), to be taken during the school holidays, plus any Bank/Public Holidays. Staff are enrolled into an ‘auto-enrolment’ pension scheme. The Wellbeing Committee helps to support staff welfare, and all staff have access to a gym, and weekly yoga and pilates sessions.
