We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic HLTA (inc ELSA) – Endeavour on a permanent contract to start as soon as possible. This role is based in Endeavour, our bespoke SEMH provision that provides young people with life experiences, a family ethos and range of suitable qualifications, leading to successful outcomes.
We chose the name Endeavour as it embodies the resilience, determination and perseverance we hope to instill in our pupils in their time with us.
Hours of Work: 32.5 (39 weeks – term time plus one week) Monday-Friday 8:30-3:30pm.
Salary: Pay grade 8 pay points 15-18 currently £28,605 FTE. (Actual salary £21,499 per annum)
Responsible to: Assistant Principal - Lead of Endeavour
