Yorkshire and Humber Teacher Training are seeking to appoint an Apprenticeship Manager.
The post is initially advertised as 37 hours per week, term time plus 15 days. However, part-time can be considered for the right candidate. Salary: Grade 7, Point 20 £28,371 - Point 24 £31,099 (prorata) for 37 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 training days (195).
Yorkshire and Humber Teacher Training is a SCITT (School Centred Initial Teacher Training) Provider committed to training the next generation of outstanding teachers and developing the school workforce through apprenticeships. YHTT are a Registered Apprenticeship Provider, delivering apprenticeships predominantly in the education sector. The Apprenticeship Manager will successfully manage a caseload of learners to successfully achieve targets, delivering Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship standards including functional skills, Maths and English, level 2. The Apprenticeship Manager, with the Director of Operation, will also manage our cohort of Level 6 Postgraduate Teaching Apprentices. The successful candidate will have experience within a teaching, learning and/or assessment role, delivering Apprenticeship Frameworks and/or Standards and hold an Assessor qualification. Applicants should be proactive, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with strong organisational and administrative abilities. The role combines administrative and apprenticeship tasks.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence, have own car and be willing to travel to schools within the Trust.
