Rise Academy is keen to employ an enthusiastic, empathic individual to support the social, emotional and mental health needs of children supported both in Rise Academy and other schools in The Constellation Trust. This includes the Outreach support into primary schools.
Rise Academy is an Alternative Provision academy and is firmly committed to delivering high quality staff training to ensure that students who access our support can make both academic progress and developmental improvements. We are expert professionals in SEMH.
