The Trust are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated person to join our site team. Experience is desirable but not essential as training is provided.
Site Facilities Officer/Caretaker
The current vacancy is based at Rokeby Park Primary School (must be prepared to work across all sites if/when required).
Pay Scale: Grade 4, Point 5 to Point 7 - £19,312 - £20,092 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: The current vacancy is full time (e.g. Full-time, 37 hours per week -split shifts; mornings and afternoons). The roles are 52 weeks per year; holidays can be taken at any time with approval from Line Manager/s.
Closing date: Friday 8th July 2022 at 12:00 noon.
Interviews will take place Wednesday 13th July 2022.
The site team are a fundamental part of the Academy and Trust. The successful candidate will ensure the safe and secure custody of the site; will monitor effective provision of the utilities; and, will carry out general maintenance and repairs. They will enhance and strengthen the diverse site team, working as a proactive member under the guidance of the Line Manager/s. They will show self-motivation and have high standards of workmanship.
