Sirius Academy North are looking to appoint a Teacher of Emerald Pathway (Primary or Special School). We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Teacher of Emerald Pathway to join our specialist provision at Sirius Academy North. The Emerald Pathway supports students with additional needs through a short term, nurturing and highly structured intervention. Our aim is to equip students with the skills, confidence and emotional readiness to reintegrate successfully into the wider school.

Salary: Unqualified Teacher UQT1 £22,601 -UQT6 £35,259. Teachers Main Pay Scale M1 £32,916 - M6 £45,352. Upper Pay Scale U1 £47,472 - U3 £51,048. With an additional SEN allowance (if appropriate).

The Role

As an Emerald Pathway Teacher, you will:

• Create a calm, safe and nurturing classroom environment rooted in developmental understanding.

• Deliver structured, engaging lessons to build independence and resilience.

• Support students to develop communication skills, emotional literacy and self regulation.

• Work closely with the Lead for Emerald Pathway, class teachers and support staff to ensure consistency and smooth integration into wider school lessons.

• Build strong relationships with students, families and external professionals to ensure each child receives the support they need.

This role is ideal for a primary, secondary or special school specialist who is committed to inclusive practice and ready to make a meaningful impact.
