We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join the team at Fox Grove School. Fox Grove School prepares each pupil with the skills & knowledge they need to progress independently to the next phase of their educational journey. The successful candidate will work alongside the principal and a great team of office staff to support the pupils and school staff by:
· Ensuring the protection and safety of pupils and staff through effective approaches to safeguarding
· Ensuring the school’ works effectively in partnership with parents, carers and professionals
· Overseeing systems, processes and policies that enable the school to operate effectively and efficiently
· Ensuring all staff have access to high-quality, sustained professional development opportunities, aligned to balance the priorities of whole-school improvement

You will be required to have basic numeracy and literacy e.g through GCSE qualification in English and Maths or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level.
