This is a Part-Time role, working 13.8 hours per week/39 weeks a year.

Working Pattern: Monday and Tuesday: 3:15pm - 8:00pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:00am - 9:15am. 

We have exciting opportunities for 1:1 Residential Support to assist the Residential team at Linden Bridge School. The successful candidate provide additional support to a Residential Childcare Officer (RCCO) to support a specific pupil while they board. They will have effective communication skills and the ability to offer students positive experiences and relationships. Working with the RCCO, they will provide support on an individualised schedule for a specific pupil to allow them access to the Residential provision and ensure they have a successful time in boarding. The schedule will be planned and organised by the RCCO. They will be required to work as part of the Residential Department staff team, and the Residential Manager will directly supervise them. They are responsible to the Principal and the Vice Principals.

Linden Bridge School is a special school in Worcester Park, Surrey for children and young people with complex communication and interaction needs. Originally part of the LIFT Partnership Multi Academy Trust, a family of schools who work together to use and share a wide range of expertise and services, LIFT Partnership has now merged with The Howard Partnership Trust (THPT) from March 2021.

The successful candidate will hold or be prepared to complete training in Level 3 Health and Social Care on successful recruitment and complete other mandatory training. They will also be able to demonstrate basic numeracy and literacy, e.g. through GCSE qualification in English and Maths or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level.
