We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join the team at Three Rivers Academy. This is an interesting and varied role working under the direction of the PA to the Headteacher as part of the Main Office team and other school administrative staff, where appropriate. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and listening skills with a commitment to helping.

This is a full-time, term time only role 36 hours, 39 weeks per year.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 3.42 pm / 8.18 am to 4.00pm with a 30 minute unpaid break

Essential Criteria

Successful candidates will have a minimum of three GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level. Good written and oral communication skills are also essential.
