We are looking for an inspirational and collaborative leader to work with the Principal and senior leadership team in taking Thomas Knyvett College on the next phase of its journey. To be successful, you’ll be an experienced middle or senior leader with an excellent track record. You’ll be committed to working with diverse communities. You will be dedicated to achieving excellence in all aspects of school life and be keen to support the delivery of our vision, raising standards of achievement for all as a priority. You’ll need to demonstrate a natural ability to develop excellent relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community we are so proud to serve.

There is no pre-determined idea about where you might currently be working – you are likely to be a talented middle leader, but you could also be a senior leader looking for a new challenge. What is most important is that you are a tenacious yet humble leader, with relentlessly high expectations, a passion for inclusive education, and are keen to inspire students and staff.
