Alongside the Principal, you will provide inspirational leadership, that will further improve Kenyngton Manor Primary School for the children it serves. You will bring with you experience of excellent practice in teaching and learning and in providing opportunities for children, helping to ensure that the school is a hub of the fantastic local community of which we are so proud. In this role you will have responsibility for safeguarding and mental health.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Safeguarding and mental health
  • Aspects of teaching and learning
  • A share of class teacher responsibilities

Responsibilities may change over time to support the wider development of the school and you as a leader.

The successful candidate will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). 

As well as verification of identity, we ask all successful candidates to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure. In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance, we may also conduct an online search about any shortlisted candidates as part of our due diligence to identify any matters that might relate directly to our legal duty to meet safeguarding duties, in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
