We have an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Manager (Behaviour Senior Support Assistant) to join the team at the Thomas Knyvett College.
Working Pattern: 8.20am - 4.12pm with a 40 minute unpaid break.
Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills with a commitment to helping. The postholder will help to deliver a range of learning activities and interventions to maximise quality of teaching & learning.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (Including English and Maths), or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level.
