We have an exciting opportunity to for a Caretaker to join our Estates team at Three Rivers Academy.
Working pattern: working hours, alternating on a weekly basis; Week 1, 6:45am to 2:45pm (with a 48 minute unpaid lunch break), Week 2: 9:30am to 5:30pm (with a 48 minute unpaid lunch break)
Candidates should be experienced in site maintenance and building services with basic carpentry, painting and decorating skills.
Applications are particularly welcomed from aspiring and experienced individuals with a skill set which may include; site maintenance and building services with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or painting and decorating.
You will need to be a self-starter and able to demonstrate a practical and confident approach, as the role involves some lone working.
A current driving licence is essential for this role.
This is an exciting time for Three Rivers Academy as our new school building opened just over 18 months ago, in February 2018.
