This role is fixed-term for 12-18 months to cover the duration of the apprenticeship.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm with a 48 minute unpaid break.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Team Apprentice to join the team at the Howard of Effingham School working with the site and caretaking maintenance.
A property maintenance is a great way to develop allowing you to improve your knowledge base of site and caretaking responsibilities and maximising your potential to develop further. You will gain valuable skills to include site maintenance, building services, basic carpentry, painting and decorating skills.
