The Howard Partnership Trust (THPT) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a dynamic and varied workload.

Our vision is to provide a life changing education for our children and young people and ensuring that our Executive Leaders have exceptional EA support is crucial to making this vision a reality.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to executive leadership

Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and tact

Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgement in all matters

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an EA/PA role, ideally within education or a public sector setting

Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

A calm, flexible, and resilient approach

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital collaboration tools
