Working Pattern is either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm, however there is a degree of flexibility

This role is primarily based at the Howard of Effingham School, however there is flexibility regarding working arrangements

We are seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to support our Deputy CEO within The Howard Partnership Trust. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and organisational skills, to provide high level secretarial and administrative support encompassing all duties of an EA/PA. You will be enthusiastic, energetic and adaptable and a team player with the ability to provide a comprehensive, proactive and professional service. Flexibility, resilience and an empathetic approach will all be key to your success and enjoyment. You will need to remain calm under pressure with excellent interpersonal skills.
