Working Pattern: 3 Days Per Week (Days Can Be Discussed At Interview), 8 Hours Per Day, With A 30 Minute Unpaid Lunch Break, Plus 1.5 Hours Per Week To Allow For Attending Out Of Hours Meetings, Including After School Staff Meeting, Parents Evenings Etc. We Would Require That There Is An Element Of Flexibility To Work Outside Of Normal School Hours To Accommodate The Needs And Commitments Of Some Of Our Families.

Salary Will Be Pro Rated Down To Reflect The Term Time Working Pattern Of This Role.£13,313-£14,511pa Pro Rata

We have an exciting opportunity for a Home School Link Worker to join the team at Fox Grove School. The successful candidates will work directly with children and families, individually and in groups, particularly focusing on parenting skills, behaviour management and practical skills; while also supporting teachers in facilitating the emotional and educational development of targeted children.

The successful applicant will be educated to A level, HNC or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level and have previous work experience in a relevant environment. The ability to apply specialist skills/judgement to undertake a programme of works is also a must.
