We have an exciting opportunity for a Home School Link Worker to join the team at the Thomas Knyvett College. This role supports teachers and the Senior Leadership Team.

Working Pattern: 8.20am to 4.12pm with a 40 minute lunch break.

Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills with a commitment to helping. The postholder will help to improve the life outcomes and opportunities for school-aged children and their families by providing a range of family support interventions and activities. This role has a particular focus on engaging with our GRT families.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (Including English and Maths), or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level.
