Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8am - 3.42pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break

We require an enthusiastic member of staff to work as aLearning Support Assistant (Teaching Assistant) - Level 2 atThree Rivers Academy joining our new innovative project, a specialist hub joined to the mainstream school. This role supports identified students with special educational needs and/or disabilities, particularly those with ASD and communication difficulties, to enable them to access the curriculum.

Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and listening skills with a commitment to helping each student achieve their full potential. As a Learning Support Assistant within our specialist hub, you will be required to use a range of strategies that are appropriate to the very specific and individual needs of each student and to support successful integration into the mainstream school.

Three Rivers Academy moved into a brand-new school building in February 2018 which offers spacious, modern and outstanding facilities.
