Salary: £73,558 to £80,492 per annum, including non-resident allowance of £4,982 per annum (pay award pending)
We are currently looking for a new Vice-Principal to start in post in January 2024. You will have resilience, drive and a proven track record of delivering strong educational outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs. Linden Bridge is a Special School in Worcester Park, Surrey for approximately 140 children and young people aged 4 to 19 with complex social communication needs. At Linden Bridge we provide effective specialist education and support to pupils with autism and to their families, enabling pupils to achieve their full potential in education and in life. Within the school grounds our pupils have access to lots of outside space, including our Forest School, play equipment, covered play areas, gardens and outside gym equipment. We also have an indoor swimming pool and 3 school minibuses which are in regular use by the pupils. We have a small Residential Department with 16 beds in which pupils can Board during term time only. Linden Bridge is a friendly school and we value all our staff members. We offer free on-site parking, free refreshments, and a comprehensive induction programme for new staff.
