36 hours per week/Term-Time (plus 1 week), working 8:00am to 3:45pm
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join the team at Kenyngton Manor Primary School to undertake reception duties, acting as first point of contact in response to telephone and face-to- face enquiries, and ensuring school's security procedures for visitors are properly followed, providing a courteous welcome to all stakeholders and visitors and promote a positive and professional image of the school.
As a member of the School office team you will provide administrative support, assist with pupil first aid and welfare duties, liaising with parents, carers & staff amongst other duties.
