 Salary based on working hours below- £19,377 to £21,242 per annum

36 hours per week/40 weeks a year (term time +1 week)

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 3:45pm (one day finishing 3:30pm)

We have an opportunity for a motivated administrator to join our friendly and busy School Office team.

The successful candidate will provide a broad range of general administrative support which includes supporting the efficient running of reception, answering telephone calls and managing face-to-face enquiries, school admissions admin, diary management, arranging school visits, composing a weekly newsletter, maintaining supplies and delivering first aid to pupils.

  • Able to communicate information clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Experience of answering and transferring telephone calls
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & ability to learn new systems
  • Have an empathetic and courteous manner
  • An ability to adapt to competing priorities and prioritise own workload
  • Willingness to undertake paediatric/first aid training
  • Previous experience in a school or similar environment would be beneficial but not essential for the right candidate.
