Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm with a 48 minute unpaid lunch break.

This role is Full-Time 36 Hours/Week 52 Weeks/Year.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our growing Estates team, based at Eastwick Schools within The Howard Partnership Trust. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the property and facilities services for the school. Reporting to the Estates Partner you will have proven facilities management experience as well as good computer skills using Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel and Word. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for this role. Ideally you will have have had experience in managing people, in addition, previous experience of working within a school school environment is desirable but is not essential.
