We are looking for enthusiastic Special Needs Assistants to work in class alongside a Teacher and Teaching Assistant where there is an identified need for additional pupil support. We are looking for people who will act as a positive role models to our students and who, under direction of the class teacher, will be able to support our pupil's in their progress and learning using specialised SEN strategies across the school.

Working Hours: 9:00am To 3:20 P.M. Monday To Thursday, 8:40am To 3:20pm Friday, With A 30 Minute Unpaid Lunch Break. However Part-Time Application Will Also Be Considered To Meet The Needs Of The School.

Previous experience in this field is an advantage but is not a requirement as we offer a comprehensive induction and training package to all new employees. Successful candidates will have basic numeracy and literacy eg through GCSE qualification in English and Maths or equivalent. They should also have a basic understanding of Health and Safety regulations, basic IT skills and an enthusiasm to learn.

Linden Bridge School is a special school in Worcester Park, Surrey for children and young people with complex communication and interaction needs. Originally part of the LIFT Partnership Multi Academy Trust, a family of schools who work together to use and share a wide range of expertise and services, LIFT Partnership has now merged with The Howard Partnership Trust (THPT) from March 2021.
