Working Pattern: Monday To Friday 8.30am – 16.12pm With A 30 Minute Unpaid Lunch Break

We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Services Manager to join the team at the Howard of Effingham School.

The postholder will be responsible for the effective provision of Student Services within the school; this will include managing cover for lessons, monitoring pupil attendance, creating reports, drafting correspondence to parents/carers, coordinating detentions, arranging exams. As part of the team, you will administer first aid and ensure medical and free school meal records are kept up to date.

The successful candidate must have a Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level.

Relevant work experience is essential, together with excellent administrative, organisational and analytical skills.

Good written and oral communication skills are a must, as is the ability to prioritise and plan your own workload in the context of conflicting priorities and work on own initiative.
