Varied Working Pattern: Monday To Friday To Cover
We have an exciting opportunities for Caretakes to join us on a supply basis within The Howard Partneship Trust. We require a friendly, reliable, and flexible persons who are conscientious and keen to make a difference and assist in keeping our premises and grounds to a high standard. Ideally you will have a good standard of maintenance experience and an understanding of basic health and safety parameters. Previous experience of working within a school is desirable but not essential.
You will be responsible for general site maintenance with a varied skill set to include at least three of the following areas:
- general site maintenance (cleaning, litter picking, refilling consumables, etc.)
- able to use a variety of hand tools, drills, saws, etc.
- painting/decorating
- basic plumbing skills
- computer literate, using excel and word templates, etc.
- willing to drive a minibus
- manual handling (porterage) and working at heights (gutter cleaning)
Training can be provided on areas which you are not familiar with, where required.
