This is a role whereby you can make a real difference by promoting a nurturing and supportive learning environment and to embrace a high quality support to our students to ensure the best possible start to their secondary education. It will be necessary to undertake one to one and small group sessions to address individual learning needs and to collaborate with teachers to reinforce key concepts and skills. It is critical to have a deep understanding of primary to secondary transition process and provide support to colleagues.
