Actual salary - £24,064 - £26,118
Hours: 37 per week – term time only
The Marvell College seek to appoint a person to join a team of committed, caring and enthusiastic staff who share the college philosophy that all students should have the opportunity to achieve. The college is committed to appointing high quality staff and supports their development.
The successful applicant will need a high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to both students and adults. The role will involve managing and supervising the learning of students during the absence of the class teacher to maximise the attainment and accelerate the progress of students.
The Marvell College continues to go from strength to strength. This was confirmed by another strong “Good” Ofsted report in July 2024.
