Operations Officer
Bridlewood Primary School and Nursery are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Officer to join our School Office team. We are looking for an experienced, highly organised professional to manage the day-to-day operations of the school, encompassing premises management, H&S, HR and administration functions. This is a permanent position.
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary range: £26,553 to £29,411 FTE dependent upon experience
Actual salary: £16,793 to £18,601
Hours: 26 hours per week (3 days 8.30am-4.00pm and 1 day 8.30am 1.30pm)
Working weeks: 41 weeks (Term time including INSET days + 2 weeks)
Closing date: 15th October 2025
Interview date: w/c 20th October 2025
About you:
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Work flexibly to meet the operational needs of the school
- Proactive management of premises and H&S compliance
- High standard of both written and verbal communication
- Experience of preparing accurate reports and data
- Strong IT skills
- Line management experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of relevant policies / legislation and codes of practice
