We are looking to appoint an Assistant Operations Manager at Worle Community School Academy, based in Weston super Mare and also at The King Alfred School Academy, based in Highbridge. The successful candidates will have excellent inter-personal and organisational skills with high personal standards with the ability to lead, delegate and work well under pressure.

The post holder will work closely with the Academy Operations Manager, Principal and other senior leaders, Academy Council and Central Team by supporting the Academy Operations Manager with a wide range of operational aspects including Budget, Finance, Premises, Administration, HR, Commercial Lettings and Health and Safety.
We are looking for two highly motivated and inspiring Assistant Operations Managers who are passionate about the crucial role they will play. If you possess the drive, energy, passion and ambition needed, we would very much like to hear from you. The roles will be working full time (37 hours per week), all year round. These are permanent positions.
