Assistant Principal
Permanent position, full time.
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Principal.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly exceptional, relentless and ambitious team.
You will work very closely with Vice Principal and Pastoral team in supporting students personal, social and pastoral development. Specifics of the role will be negotiated annually in line with Academy needs. However the successful applicant must have ability to:
- ensure that every child has the necessary support and guidance to realise their potential.
- promote positive behaviour and a culture and ethos in line with our school’s values
- lead on improving attendance across the school.
- lead and evaluate the system of whole-school reward systems.
- run the whole-school councils and feedback to LT and the school
The successful candidate must have experience in leading teams in a senior, central or subject level.
