We are looking to recruit a dedicated and hardworking Behaviour Support Officer.
This role will be working 34.5 hours per week, term time only. This is a fixed term position until 31 August 2021.
The successful applicants will be required to:
• Communicate set work to students and offer help and guidance as required.
• Manage the day-to-day running of Internal Isolation ensuring that students are effectively supervised, and that high standards of behaviour are achieved.
• Record and report on the behaviour and progress of the students in isolation and communicate in a timely way with LT link regarding any further sanctions or reasonable adjustments in keeping with the behaviour policy
• Liaise with parents/carers where deemed appropriate to reinforce behaviour expectations of the academy
