Following a promotion within the team, we have an exciting opportunity for a HR administrator to join the HR team.
About the role:
You will be required to provide HR administration support to our Trust central team and Academies, this is an excellent development opportunity into a career in HR.
You will be producing contractual paperwork and completing pre-employment checks for new starters across the Trust, and so will need to be accurate in your work and have good attention to detail, ensuring communication is precise, professional and in line with the Trust policies and procedures. You will have in-depth administration experience to deal with the demands of the job and the ability to use your initiative, be enthusiastic about getting involved in a range of HR tasks, and not afraid to take on new challenges, with the willingness to gain knowledge of HR and Employment Law.
Your sector background is not relevant, however your capability and can-do attitude to operate within a fast paced, rapidly changing educational environment is essential. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who would relish the chance to join us.
