The successful candidates will have excellent inter-personal and organisational skills with high personal standards with the ability to lead, delegate and work well under pressure.

As a member of the leadership team, the Operations Manager role has wide-ranging aspects including significant strategic responsibility for all aspects of Budget, Finance, Premises, Administration, HR, Commercial Lettings and Health and Safety. We are looking for two highly motivated and inspiring Operations Managers who are passionate about the crucial role they will play. Good time management and effective organisation will be essential skills. If you possess the drive, energy, passion and ambition needed, and are committed and positive we would very much like to hear from you.

The roles will be working 37 hours per week, all year round. These are permanent positions.

The successful candidate will:
• Ideally be educated to degree level and have a recognised Accountancy or School Business Management qualification;
• Have good leadership and communication skills, with an ability to motivate and inspire staff at all levels;
• Have experience of managing a range of teams and responsibilities with a proven track record at a senior level;
• Be able to manage their own time and resources well and thrive on the variety and challenge of the role.
We warmly welcome an informal visit or a conversation prior to application.
