Actual Annual Salary: £6,668 - £7,114 (Based on hours and working weeks)
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £38,419 - £40,989 (CLF Grade F). Based on 37 hours per week, all year round.

Contract Length: Fixed until 31/08/2026
Hours: Part-time 1 day (7.5 hours) per week

Digitech Studio School are looking for someone to provide a professional and confidential, solutions focussed counselling service to students experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional issues to:
- Promote emotional health and well‐being to enable young people to access academy life.
- Develop student resilience to support them to cope with any challenges they face.
- Assist colleagues to develop skills and strategies to support students.
About you:
You will
- Possesses a professional counselling qualification accredited by the British association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or alternative professional organisation.
- Be a registered member of a professional membership body and have at least 200 hours of counselling hours.
- An understanding of effective ways to safeguard and support vulnerable students.
- Previous experience of working with a caseload of clients and ability to select appropriate approaches and strategies based on an assessment of their specific needs.

DIGITECH STUDIO SCHOOL
Digitech delivers a specialised curriculum for 14-19 year olds, where we offer progression into the creative digital and high-tech sectors. We are located in Warmley, on the outskirts of Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Studio schools are small by design, and we only take 90 students into each year group. This allows us to meet the needs of individual students in a personalised way.
