We are looking for someone who will offer a warm welcome to visitors at reception, possess strong administrative skills and a friendly disposition to join our busy school office.

The ideal candidate will possess GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above. They will need to use their own initiative and work to clear deadlines maintaining a calm and professional manner. They should have the ability to prioritise their work and work effectively both as a team member and on their own. They must be an excellent communicator, have a good standard of literacy and numeracy and experience of using ICT applications such as Word and Excel. Previous experience undertaking attendance within a school office is preferred although not essential as training and support will be given to the successful candidate. The post holder will also administer first aid so will possess an up to date first aid certificate or be willing to undergo relevant training.

Hours: 36.25 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:15am - 4:00pm with half an hour lunch break

Salary: Scale 2/3 (£18,887 - £19,650 p.a.) - Actual Salary £15,420 - £16,043 p.a. - depending on experience
